Qualifications:
Masters degree in education, counseling, student affairs, or related fields preferred. 
Additional background in science or math tutoring field is preferred. 
Two years experience in related activities such as mentoring and working directly with high school and/or college student populations, student advising or student programming, program development, teaching, counseling, and knowledge of the issues and challenges facing first-generation and low-income students in higher education. 
The ability and willingness to work a varying schedule that includes evenings and occasional weekends. 
Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
