Assistant Director Annual & Student Giving
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
3-5 years related experience in development, fundraising, student affairs/student life, and/or telemarketing. Annual giving experience in a college or university setting and/or previous telemarketing experience preferred.
Supervisory experience, including performance evaluation, motivation, compensation, and administration.

Willingness to work nontraditional hours; position includes routine evening and weekend work.

Knowledge of development/fundraising concepts and corresponding mass solicitation and donor stewardship techniques

Strong interpersonal/human relations skills

Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of students and constituents

Ability to learn new technology quickly

Strong verbal and professional written communication skills

Proficient software skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Must be detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and have a high level of initiative
