Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree 
  2. Broad knowledge of educational administration with a commitment to the mission of Creighton University and Jesuit values.
  3. Expertise with Microsoft Office suites; willingness to learn new software tools as needed to support the work and projects of the Deans’ Office and SPAHP.
  4. Demonstrated experience in complex project management and support.
  5. Outstanding organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks, manage projects, and work independently and collaboratively without close supervision.
    Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities.
  6. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with multiple and diverse constituencies.
  7. Demonstrated experience developing/preparing reports and drafting complex correspondence. Impeccable attention to detail.
  8. Experience handling confidential information. Demonstrated track record of discretion in addressing confidential matters and sensitive situations.
  9. Management or supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to build a team environment that facilitates coaching, mentoring and inter-professional collaboration.
  10. Ability to remain flexible, optimistic, and effective in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
  11. Demonstrated commitment to customer service and the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, positive work environment for people from a variety of backgrounds and communities.
