Master’s Degree in higher education administration or related field; doctorate preferred;
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in administrative operations management in a higher education institution, including supervision of professional staff;
Demonstrated success in academic advising management and student program development;
Track record of developing effective communication processes and building relationships at all levels of an organization;
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
Strong collaborative/teamwork ability to motivate, and inspire staff at all levels of the organization;
Demonstrated experience with strategic thinking and planning;
Experience with planning, forecasting and fiscal management;
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex plans coordinated with multiple constituencies.
Ability to manage, supervise, and develop professional staff;
Results oriented;
Mission and Service oriented

Hearing: 75-100%
Standing/Climbing/Mobility: 25-49%
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0-24% (pound: 15 lbs.)
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: 75 – 100%
Travel: No (less than 10%)
