QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, communications or a related field.

8-10 years experience delivering creative solutions and strategies via graphic design or copywriting; advertising agency experience is a plus.

2-4 years in a mentorship role. Ability to effectively lead, mentor and coach team members to ensure engagement and continued learning. Previous management experience is a plus.

Superior understanding of marketing and advertising principles, with experience in developing and enforcing brand and design guidelines in complex organizations.

Highly proficient computer skills, especially with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.

Self-motivated, organized and accountable. Project planning experience required; project management skills a plus.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.

Well-developed communication skills including ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and clients. Strong presentation skills and ability to think on your feet to articulate new strategies during client meetings and creative reviews.

Ability to provide spot-on strategic creative direction, that encompasses both copy and design.

Strong understanding of fundraising and donor engagement.
