Qualifications:

High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years related administrative and program coordinating experience
Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
Knowledge of Higher Education and university advancement operations
Ability to adapt and respond to changing situations
Ability to organize work, pay attention to detail and have a disciplined approach
Skill in written and interpersonal communication
Experience with relational database, Advance Web preferred.
Proficient software skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
