The Administrative Assistant III provides advanced data entry and collection, and reporting and other administrative support for Facilities Management. This role will coordinate the day to day activities within the database AiM. Responsibilities will include data collection and running reports, testing system for upgrades/new modules and set up training for new users, coordinating campus space surveys, and loading data/correcting errors. In addition, this role may perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.


Ideal candidate will have great analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting, proficient in Excel, Word and the Microsoft Office Suite and be able to work independently and collaboratively in deadline-driven cross-functional team environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.


This position is full time; 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent;
Associate's Degree preferred;
6 years' administrative and/or office management experience;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures/processes;
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written);
Customer service focus including the ability to assess inquiries and provide appropriate information or resolution using judgment and available resources, and proven ability to maintain confidentiality;
Ability to coordinate and prioritize work with multiple and conflicting demands in a deadline-oriented environment;
Ability to be collaborative and work in a team environment;
Demonstrate Professionalism;
Must be dependable/accountable
