Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred;
Five years of direct years of experience in an academic unit in higher education
Proficiency with MS Office Suite; preferred web based applications: Blue, Banner, Slate, Degree Works, and CU Connect

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to analyzing data and track student progress towards goals;
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including electronic communication, demonstrated proficiency in the use of mainstream electronic communication tools;
Proficient in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
Knowledge and Familiarity with college admissions processes, financial aid, and student resources;

Familiarity with courses/classes and requirements of a Nursing program;
Ability to motivate students;
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information;
Ability to juggle multiple priorities; consistency and reliability in following up with students and documenting actions;

Demonstrate ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
Demonstrate commitment to working with diverse populations;
